About McKayle

McKayle Law

I'm a master's-level student practitioner in an integrative counseling graduate program, currently gaining my licensure hours. My work is informed by mindfulness, contemplative practice, somatic awareness, existential psychology, and nature-based approaches, drawn from years of meditation practice, time teaching yoga, and a decade of working the land as an organic farmer.

I offer sessions that support self-exploration and emotional well-being, creating space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and move through life's transitions with more presence and intention.

At the heart of this work is reconnecting to a sense of wonder, curiosity, freedom, and meaning in life.
